Description
Capricorn Village Development is the development of a beachside community in Yanchep WA that will eventually house 8,000 people in 3,000 dwellings to be developed over 10-15 years.
Anchor Plumbing & Gas was contracted by civil engineering contractors RJ Vincent to provide civil services for the development of the site. This included the excavation and installation of sewer reticulation, Water Corporation connections and stormwater drainage.
