CB Richard Ellis Australia is a branch of one of the world’s largest commercial real estate services firms and manages a number of commercial sites through Perth Metro and CBD. Since 2009 Anchor Plumbing & Gas has provided a range of commercial and industrial plumbing services to sites that are managed by CB Richard Ellis.
Services provided under this contract vary greatly and include commercial plumbing project works consisting fire services maintenance to hydrants, hydrant boosters, pump exhaust and inlet valves, stormwater and burst pipes. The facility management maintenance plumbing component consists of all other general maintenance plumbing such as hot water units, blocked toilets and leaking taps.
